• NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION:
    • IDENTY CARD, RESIDENCE CARD or PASSPORT of the constituent partners. All of them must have NIF or NIE. If one of them is a COMPANY, deeds of appointment of administrator or proxy.
    • BY-LAWS: We take care of drawing up your by-laws if you wish.
    • CERTIFICATE OF NAME in force in the name of a partner (we can arrange for this to be obtained).
    • ACCREDITATION OF CONTRIBUTIONS:
      • If MONEY is provided: Certificate issued by a bank SPECIAL FOR THE CONSTITUTION OF THE COMPANY with a maximum age of two months.
      • If PROPER PROPERTY IS PROVIDED: Title deed and/or Nota Simple. Last receipt of IBI.
      • If PROPER MOVABLE PROPERTY IS PROVIDED, the description in the deed, make, model, including registration details if available, is sufficient. If there is a deed of acquisition, this must be provided.
  • In the case of incorporation of a limited company, it is necessary to provide a VALUATION CERTIFICATE of the assets contributed.
