NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION:
- IDENTY CARD, RESIDENCE CARD or PASSPORT of donor/s and donee/s. All of them must have NIF or NIE. If one of them is a COMPANY, deeds of appointment of administrator or proxy.
- ACCREDITATION OF THE DONATION:
- If MONEY is donated: copy of the bank cheque or certificate of transfer of the money with indication, in both cases, of the debit and credit accounts. In addition, it is necessary to indicate in the deed the origin of the funds donated (savings, inheritance, sale of goods…etc.).
- If REAL ESTATE is being donated: Title deed and/or Nota Simple. Last receipt of IBI.
- If MOVABLE PROPERTY is donated, description, make, model, including its registration details if it has them. The title deed must indicate the title of acquisition.
