NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION:
- IDENTY CARD, RESIDENCE CARD or PASSPORT of buyers and sellers. All of them must have NIF or NIE. If one of them is a COMPANY, deeds of appointment of administrator or proxy.
- Title deeds and/or Nota Simple.
- Last IBI receipt.
- Energy efficiency certificate (except for rural properties, plots of land and parking spaces).
- Certificate of debt status of the Community of Owners, if applicable.
