NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION:
- IDENTY CARD, RESIDENCE CARD or PASSPORT of the spouses and, at least, a registered lawyer; as well as of the adult children when they attend the granting.
- SEPARATION OR DIVORCE AGREEMENT drawn up with the assistance of a lawyer in which the consequences of the separation or divorce are agreed in relation to the family home, the assets of the marriage, alimony or financial compensation between the spouses, maintenance payments, and other matters established by law.
- FAMILY BOOK or marriage registration certificate.
