La persona que rep els diners garanteix la seva devoluci\u00f3 a l&#8217;entitat financera oferint com a garantia un b\u00e9 immoble de la seva propietat.<\/p>\n<p>Avui dia, despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;entrada en vigor de la Llei de cr\u00e8dit immobiliari, quan se sol\u00b7licita un pr\u00e9stec hipotecari en una entitat banc\u00e0ria, \u00e9s imprescindible, una vegada autoritzada inicialment l&#8217;operaci\u00f3 pel Banc, signar davant Notario l&#8217;acta de transpar\u00e8ncia notarial.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta acta, de car\u00e0cter gratu\u00eft, \u00e9s una de les novetats m\u00e9s importants introdu\u00efdes per l&#8217;esmentada llei. Els prestataris que compraran un habitatge acudeixen a la notaria per a rebre l&#8217;assessorament del notari sobre tots i cadascun dels punts del pr\u00e9stec, inter\u00e8s, termini, comissions, bonificacions etc. \u00c9s essencial, ja que no interv\u00e9 cap representant del banc ni gestories i els clients poden fer al notari totes les preguntes de qualsevol \u00edndole, fins i tot sobre repercussions fiscals, desgravaci\u00f3 en la renda etc.<br \/>\nLa finalitat \u00e9s que els prestataris no tinguin cap dubte sobre el pr\u00e9stec que signaran dies despr\u00e9s juntament amb la compravenda.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;elecci\u00f3 del notari \u00e9s lliure pel client. N&#8217;hi ha prou amb comunicar a l&#8217;entitat banc\u00e0ria el nom del notari que vol que l&#8217;assessori perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;entitat banc\u00e0ria procedeixi a pujar a la nostra plataforma tota la documentaci\u00f3.
